We enjoyed and had fun the 8 days we were there. Went to Sea House for breakfast every day. Ate lunch mostly in the unit. And went out to dinner most nights. Went to beach. Went to pool. Shopped at Whalers Village. My husband and brother-in-law and son golfed. I had my two sisters in another villa. And my only brother owns a unit . And they were all there! I am disabled so they pushed me around in a wheelchair. Outside. And we spent a lot of time with them ! You have a beautiful unit!

Our family has been coming to Maui since 2001, we’ve always stayed in Kapalua, we consider it our home away from home! This condo did not disappoint. It was very clean, with furniture, appliances and linens that looked new. We appreciated the full size shampoo, conditioner and shower gel that was available for us to use! We would definitely rent again!!

We have stayed at this property several times. Golf lovers dream location. Walking distance to the beach. We will stay again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The beds were comfortable, lots of towel provided, lovely view, and it's within a quick walk of Kapalua Bay Beach. The AC wasn't working the first night we arrived, but the property management was very responsive and had maintenance out to fix it within an hour of calling.

We have stayed at various villa's on the Kapalua golf course. This was similar to the other ones we have stayed in. The setting is beautiful and conveniently located for access to Flemming beach and Slaughterhouse beach is nearby. We like to get up in the morning and do a 4 mile loop up through the treelined road to the administration buildings and then down along the beach and the boardwalk. The kitchen is well stocked with all needed gadgets - there is a mismatch of silverware and plates if that bothers you. And most importantly the unit was clean. There were not as many beach supplies as other units we have stayed in. We have 5 in our family and the villa only had bedding for 4 so we called and they promptly sent around the extra bedding. We had a few complaints - The TV in the living room has horrible sound - everything is muffled and so our family had to pack into one of the bedrooms to watch a movie together. I contacted the customer care department but they said that is the way it is and didn't seem to inclined to address the issue. The master bedroom has very shear blinds and so the room is very light at night. The gates to the pools do not open with the fobs so we had to use the handle of a spoon to insert through and lift the handle (the benefit of this is that other guests couldn't get into the pool either so we had it to ourselves). The remote control for the HVAC in the main unit needs a new battery and in order for it to communicate with the system, I had to stand on the end table and hold the remote next to the receiver. During our stay the rods for the towel racks in both bathrooms fell off. This could have been prevented if the maintenance staff would tighten the screws when they notice a loose rod. The villa is based on the ground floor and the villa upstairs is also a rental - during our stay, 2 different family's with young children stayed above us and beginning at 7 each morning it sounded as if there was a herd

Beautiful property right on the 4th hole where it was fun to critique people’s swings. Close to beautiful beaches and always a lovely breeze on the deck. Had all needed kitchen supplies, dishes, beach towels and chairs which were appreciated. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Patio was large and where we ate dinner nightly. Although its a longish walk, we did walk to the beach (Kapalua Bay) and Napili.

We were able to enjoy Kapalua back to back years in April. Always stay in Kapalua since we are a family of 5 and can spread out in a 2br/2ba condo. This unit seems to be comanaged with Parrish from Kaui and was nice but could have had some extras that we’ve been used to during other stays.(beach stuff usually stocked well but this unit towels and old tommy b chairs, could use umbrella, toys, boards, cooler, etc) Still had a blast though!

I would recommend these properties to anyone, in fact my in laws came and they loved it. Everyone had a great time. We come every year and never disappointed. We will be back.

Right above Napili Bay, this is a wonderful place to stay on Maui.

Overall, the condo is fantastic, unfortunately we had some problems that were unresolved during our stay. Initially, the internet was not working but staff responded immediately to correct that problem. Next, the washer machine did not work. A repair man did come quickly but needed to return to make additional repairs. He came back the next day while we were out and left a pile of nuts and bolts on top of the machine without a note of explanation. I tried using the dryer and now it didn't work either! Bottom line, we were unable to use the washer & dryer during our visit. The kitchen is well stocked however is missing hotpads/oven mitts. The outside deck has a holder for a sun umbrella but there was no umbrella to be found. It gets full sun exposure and an umbrella would have been very helpful.

We truly enjoyed the property! You couldn’t ask for a better location! The kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed and there was also detergent for the washer! The only thing we would say is that cleanliness upon checkin was not the greatest! We found popcorn kernels on the floor and a necklace as well! Additionally and perhaps more importantly- the water closet in the master bedroom, was not completely clean, so we cleaned it before using!!!

Villa was amazing! Perfect location, super clean. Had extra blankets, towels and beach chairs for us to use. We loved our stay there!

If you’re looking for a quiet place with gentle scenery that is close to some of the best beaches on Maui, stay here. This was a very nice unit for me and my wife and our two children (17 & 20). It was well-stocked with all of the expected amenities - and the use of the shuttle to/from the local beaches was perfect! I should note that we have stayed at four different places on Maui - 3 in Kihei and this place in Kapalua in 2021. We returned just yesterday from a stay in Kihei. This place in Kapalua has been the best all-around by far.

We originally planned this for last June but we are glad it happened this year. I believe this is the perfect location in Maui, great condo for a family, close pools and shuttles on the resort that will take you to the beach. Best value in Kapalua. We definitely be back!

This was the most clean and well kept property that I have stayed in on Maui! A well equipped kitchen made it a nice to cook and eat at the home.

This unit was wonderful and very well stocked. The layout is great for two couples with an additional sofa sleeper bed for teen/child. Loved the location and cleanliness of the unit. It was very well stocked and the beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas were very much appreciated. Communication with property management company was via e-mail, but in general they were responsive (except responding to our request our a late check-out)and we had no issues otherwise. Great stay!

This was a very nice rental condo which was one building over from the pool. It was very quiet and nicely appointed. The furniture was on the older side and somewhat saggy but we weren’t there much except in the evening. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed. The only problem we had was pineapple ants, probably because we were on the ground floor. The previous week we had stayed in a “T” unit and there were no ants. The on-site manager offered more ant traps for us. He was very responsive to our calls. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The ocean view was very disappointing as it was just a peekaboo view thru the trees. It was fun watching the golfers.

We love Kapalua and have stayed in Golf Villas several times over the years. This time we booked using VRBO, with the advantage that we knew the exact unit we were getting.

The property is spacious and well maintained 2 bedroom 2 bath unit at the ground level, short walking distance to a pool, and a bit longer walking distance to Kapalua Bay Beach. It was thoroughly cleaned before arrival. We appreciated that there were beach chairs and beach towels available for our use. We used the lanai extensively.

Property management was very responsive the few times we contacted them, even when there was no fault with the unit, just questions.

Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend the property

Kapalua is beautiful and within in driving distance to anything you need- grocery stores and restaurants. Within walking distance to the beach!

I had 3 power outage with no AC, I was there for my daughter wedding and was trying to get ready for the wedding with no AC it was the worest thing ever. the cable went out as well. Maintenance came they got it working but it went out a 2nd time and they had a time getting it back running but they got it back on. Then it went out for a 3rd time I just said forget it.

I believe the A/C needs service it couldn’t keep the condo cool in heat of the afternoon. I’ve stayed in other golf villas and not had this problem. Very nice unit had a great stay.

We had a great time, nice, quiet and relaxing place. Accommodation was perfect lots of space for a family. Way better than the pictures.

Terrific. A great location in a lovely part of Maui and within easy walking distance of the beaches and the facilities on the golf course. Beautiful views and amazing golf. We had a great villa with everything needed within it for a great vacation. The snorkelling is a major attraction in this corner of the island.

The property is immaculate. The golf course view is lovely and there is one area that the ocean peaks out beyond the trees . The bedrooms are very spacious, bathrooms have upgrades in shower, lovely granite countertops, etc. Kitchen is a cooks dream. All utensils, coffee pot, pans, cups. glassware, etc. Large clean refrigerator . TV's in bedrooms/living room. This is an end unit and sense of privacy was lovely. Plenty of beach chairs if going to Kapalua Beach--use of shuttle and no worries over parking. Shuttle service was remarkable and the staff great. 5 minutes or less on the waits for us. We swam with the turtles at Kapalua -local grocery store in Napili was fine- The photos of this property stood out for me when I selected this property but honestly the property is even more lovely when there. We have stayed at Kapalua before at the Ritz and my husband and I both agree that this property offered more privacy, space and frankly better views.

We have stayed in the Golf Villas multiple times because we like the location and beauty of the area. The villa was lovely and well-located. The management company was the best we have dealt with -- courteous, friendly and responded almost instantly to any request. We will be looking for properties managed by this company for our next stay.

Location is great and out of the way of the crowded hotel district. It is a stretch to say this unit has an ocean view. As the guest room photo suggests, you have a great view of the golf course, but just over the tree line, if you stand in the right place and know where to look - you can kinda make out the ocean -- maybe. There are other condos in this development that are higher on the hill with unobstructed views of the water, but do not confuse this location with beach front - the water is several hundred yards away. In terms of cleanliness and maintenance, this property was nice. It is on the ground floor of a 3 story building and we either had dinosaurs stomping above, or it is just always loud when there are people occupying the floor above. In our opinion, we did not find the bed in the master bedroom comfortable. The washer and dryer was nice, the master bath shower is great, and the size of the unit was quite comfortable. In terms of total experience, we were not overly unhappy, but are not raving fans. I would stay at the golf villas again, but would likely look to stay in a different unit. The owners could improve the mattress, but they can't do anything about noise from the unit above.

Very good. The AC in the smaller bedroom might need service as that room never cooled off during the day. Also, please buy a knife sharpener or have the knives sharpened...the stone that is there is not very good to sharpen the knives.

Villa was great for our family of 4. Great that kids had their own space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Appreciated the plentiful supply of laundry soap etc. All the beach supplies you could possibly need was great too. Beautiful, peaceful location away from the crowds, but great amenities close by. Our daughter lost her stuffy when the sheets were changed mid-stay, but after a couple phone calls it was brought back to us the next day. Would stay and recommend this place to any one again! Loved my trip to Maui, despite some rainy days. This villa is away from the crowds, which made it a quiet place to unwind. I had an issue with the water heater on the first day, but one call to the maintenance staff resolved that right away. The kitchen is very well stocked, which made it easy to have many meals there instead of restaurants. Walking distance to the beach.

The perfect location in Kapalua! Situated right on the golf course and a 5 minute walk down to two of the most beautiful beaches on the Maui.The villa was clean and had absolutely everything we needed during our stay, including beach towels and umbrellas! The layout is perfect for two couples. Would definitely stay here again!

The beauty of the location is something you have to see. The villa was spacious, very clean, every room was made up along with spacious bathrooms and a fully loaded kitchen with pots/pans, utensils. We had everything we needed for a wonderful family of 5 vacation. The master bathroom was huge! The washer/dryer was so handy. I love the quietness of the property. We drove all over Maui and we all agreed we had the absolute most beautiful property on the island. We loved running to the Honolua store down the road and they had some of the best prices around. We will be back to the Kapalua Villas!

We've stayed here before and will come again. Literally have no complaints. Comfortable, very, very clean, with everything we needed for a great stay. Loved having a washing machine and dryer and complete kitchen with a real coffee pot. Thanks for the dish and laundry soap and toiletries, etc. The furnishings were very nice and all of the decor, too. Nice window shades, counterparts, and a great master bath and shower. So quiet and yet close enough to everything we wanted. The shuttle is great, too. Check in and out was a cinch! Loved the keyless entry! I could offer just one minor request it would be to have 2 more beach chairs. We made good use of the two provided! The only other thing is that the art on the walls was a little out of sync with the taste level of the rest of the decor. It didn't have a theme and the photographs were just kind of odd and hung strangely. But if that is the best I can complain about, I'd say this was a perfect choice. We will come again and again. We booked this condo at the last minute and were very pleased. The management company was responsive and easy to work with. The property is clean and well maintained with a nice new kitchen and master bath. The view is as shown with no view of the ocean. This is a very quiet and peaceful place. There are a couple of pools just steps away which are very nice. The beaches and convenience stores are nearby.

We rented two units for our family vacation and this was one of the two. Two large bedrooms with private bathrooms was perfect for the two couples staying in the unit. The kitchen was good-sized and well-stocked. Can't say enough about the lanai as it so spacious. The managing firm was very professional and helpful in getting this unit ready for us. The only issue for us was the 15 or so stairs required to get down to the unit, but it was only a minor issue for some of our party. Highly recommend this unit! The designer upgrades are well done. The pool is a short walk away. Napili and Kapalua Bays are only 5-10 min walk away. The perfect location for a family vacation.

My second time on this property, and again a wonderful stay. Beautiful spot, especially if you like golf. Management responded very quickly when we had a problem with the microwave. I would suggest a little more variety of condiments in the kitchen for those who like to cook. Oil, sugar, flour, and perhaps a bigger selection of spices, etc. Sunset on the lanai with a beverage cant be beat.

We stayed at the this location with our daughters for 10 days and had a great time. The villa is so well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. It is very neat and tidy and finishes are great. It feels like home. The location was perfect as it is close to shopping and the beach. It is a bit farther from the airport but once you get here, it is great.

I had a short trip planned with my daughter and ended up extending my stay. Vicky was very helpful in making this happen. Great unit, fully stocked and a pleasure to stay there. Will come back again...

We had an excellent time in Kapalua. This is our forth stay in the same condo. What a great place!

The villa is beautiful and newer. Granite countertops, full size newer appliances, two big bathrooms and laundry room. The beach nearby is, I think, the best on Maui; small and exclusive with sea turtles and great snorkelling. The beach is 5-6 minute walk. There is lots of nice restaurants nearby, a grocery store (Times), snorkel Bob's and pretty much anything you need. This is a much more exclusive area (Four Seasons/La Montage in the area) and a little more 'couple/adult friendly than family friendly. That said I wouldn't hesitate to bring kids just know the beach and pools have few kids. There is a pool for every couple of buildings along with covered patio with BBQ Grills to use. These are all 1 minute walk from your unit. We did have the microwave breakdown and we called the number provided and they were there in 15 minutes with a new one! They provided beach towels, bath towels, beach chairs, coolers and basic needs (laundry soap, dishwasher soap, salt, pepper, some coffee packs, small shampoo and conditioner, etc. Definitely impressed with the unit and I am more of a luxury traveller who likes good value-this is it!

The villa was perfect for our family of 5. The two beds were pushed together to make them a king bed, and the 5th member of the family slept comfortably on the sleeper sofa. The kitchen is very well stocked. The master shower is out of this world! We have absolutely no complaints. Rob at Aloha Vacations was excellent! We had a few things we needed to get taken care of and he was always available and accommodated all of our requests promptly.

We've been coming to Kapalua for over 20 years and this is one of our very favorite Golf Villas. It was just beautifully cared for and comfortable.Not only was the unit wonderful but the service from Jake Vicki, Loni and staff was GREAT! We will be back!

We ended up in this unit because the unit above ours was undergoing major renovation. We had rented through Aloha Vacation Villas and they immediately worked to make the very bad situation right. No one had been notified of the construction, but Aloha Vacation Villas took initiative to move us to another location. I am so very glad we booked through Aloha. They took a very difficult situation and delighted us with amazing customer service. Customer Service doesn't get better than this.

This two bedroom golf villa was located on the 10th hole of the Bay Course and had everything we needed. My husband, 9 year old daughter and I enjoyed our vacation stay. We did have to drive to the beach but could have walked to Kapalua Bay Beach if we didn't have snorkels and boggie boards. I am not proud to say that I am a hotel snob and this place was fantastic. I would recommend it to everyone.

Absolutely loved this condo. Fantastic location on the 10th fairway with easy proximity to he clubhouse, pineapple grill and all the resort amenities. Condo itself was in beautiful condition with upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. Great interior layout and equipped with everything needed and more. Convenient laundry in master bath and beautiful outdoor lanai. Home is even equipped with beach equipment and toys for kids. Fantastic vacation rental for a family with young children like us or for a couples or girls getaway. Great experience overall and we will be booking again for our trip next year.

Have been to Maui many times, so I am sort of a picky visitor. This villa was everything it was described as, and super clean. Property mgr Jake was great and helpful. The property also was well stocked and included many upgrades. Beds were very comfortable,TV's brand new with Netflix and Amazon Prime watching capabilities. We enjoyed our stay here. You will not be disappointed. Thanks for a great place.

The bed was SO comfy! The kitchen had the bells and whistles! Little things like having a hose out side the patio to wash sand off was great...the washer and dryer in the master bath was great. LOVED the master shower.

We generally prefer the oceanfront villa expereince but this golf villas was very well done and updated nicely. The view of the course was great but could only see the ocean thrrough the trees. It was very nice though to just walk out the door and walk to the club house to play a round.

Air conditioning did not work properly (or at all for a day or two) and there was a flood inside from the A/C cooling unit that went on our clothes and in the walls and into the closest and we had to clean up the mess ourselves and had to self laundry the shirts and pants that were soiled. The A/C repairman (victor) came but said there was really nothing he could do due to the poor workmanship of the installation. The inside temperature of the unit never went below 78F during the day and at night we would open the windows to keep it cool. The electronic safe was not functional as it was locked in the open status and the repair guys (Joe) broke the back plate. The internet was sporadic at best. Jake did offer to move us to a another villa mid-week, but given we were already settled in it would have been too much of a hassle and we would have been further from our other family members who were staying at a different unit. We were disappointed by all of these issues, especially the A/C unit given the amount of money we spent and the years that we saved up for this special holiday.
